Message from Hal:

First let me share what a privilege it has been to serve as your District 19 Metro Council representative for the past six and half years. I consider it an honor to continue in that capacity this term. 

2009 has been full of activity.  The Shelbyville Rd. Beautification and Safety Project Phase II (SBSP-II) started the year off and we will be seing it to completion by the end of the summer.  The long awaited LaGrange Rd. Quiet Zone has finally seen the light of day.  In other words, the project has gone from the planning stage to some activity on-site.  Of course, legislation has continued to challenge the Council to be good stewards of the tax payers money and proceed with the transparency of your government.

With the update of the new website, you will find accessing information about our district, your particular neighborhood, and the Louisville Metro area much faster and easier.  My goal is to bring you these updates in a quick and efficient manner.
