Property development is the most asked about topic in District 19.  As a result, our office is in communication with Metro Planning & Design Services on a weekly basis and attends many of the Planning Commission meetings in order to stay up to date with the zoning cases. 

In addition, as you can see it is a major feature of our website.  However, as Metro Planning & Design Services has increased your access to their records, our manual entries have become obsolete.  Following is a link to their website and some simple instructions.

Public Comment Opportunities

Public comments should be directed to the case manager, who will consider your comments and include them in their report to the Board, Commission, or Committee that will review the case. Written comments can be emailed directly to the case manager, and E-mail addresses for individual staff members are the person's first name, followed by a period, followed by the last name and then louisvilleky.gov. (example: John Doe - John.doe@louisvilleky.gov) Planning and Design Services' phone number and address, where case files are available for review, is below. In addition, you can attend the meetings for review of your case, and state your concerns and comments directly to the Board, Commission or Committee that is considering the proposal.
